can i share a few new-found treasures with you?
i found a movie ::
For Colored Girls...
full title of the original stage play or, as it was called, "choreopoem" {it's an abstract play/dance/poem}
:: for colored girls who considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf
playwright, ntozake shange {pronounced N-toe-zake like sake, the rice wine}
such de'light to see a film adapted from a written work
done with integrity and ingenuity
female performances
superb {heavy use of expression} but i mean it
absolutely superb
script is rich, revealing the honesty of the human condition/
one can identify with aspects of each woman in the rainbow.
should you read the play before you see the film?
you'll be de'lighted by this artistic experience in either order
i found a website ::
treekaya {click on the daily opportunity
http://treekaya.wordpress.com/daily-challenge/monday/
monday is no waste day
this organization, out of california, offers insight into
conscious living, health, and culture
i found a book ::
the moses code
by james f. twyman
this little easy-read book serves a POWerful
injection of faith serum.
books like this {small/BIG} need to be read in doses
giving time for meditation and contemplation
i was at first turned off by the title, which i didn't fully state above
{the moses code, the most powerful manifestation tool in the history of the world}
whenever i see something boasting like that, i roll my eyes.
another gimmick for getting stuff.
i only read this book because dr. wayne dyer recommended it last week.
no gimmick here.
faith in possibility
clarity of vision
awareness of your connection to others
SOUL awareness
are a few of the de'lightful treasures you will find in this reading experience.
what's in your treasure chest these days? have you found a film,
website, and/or book you can recommend? please share. gracias.

I intend to watch the film if I can find it here and the book, as well. I checked out the site and it's very interesting. thanks for sharing these with us. Lately, I've been returning to my old standbys by Chopra and others, so it's good to see something new and recommended. Hope your week is off to a wonderful start, Michelle.
hi teresa. i'd love to hear your reaction to the movie after you see it. Chopra's wisdom is bottomless. he's a great standby.
