i am hot and wild about the response to my free
7 weeks of BODyLOve wellness program ~
i created a 7-week guide to enhance YOUR workout
program
and i call it BODyLOve because
i simply don't believe that BODy-disgust motivates or
even sustains any positive,
LONG-term change.
when i train people and teach group exercise, i often
hear rants about how they are ::
sick and tired of having a "fat" stomach, tired of being tired.
they tell me they're unable to schedule workouts and
unable to control eating so they just give up.
well as a fitness professional, i say ::
if you really want to make a change -
i mean you REALLY want to make a change--
*fOCUS on LOve*
talk about/think about/know all the LOve-stuff ENERGY that exercisin' and good eatin'
does/will do/would do
for your BODy.
so say/imagine/know~
i LOve that exercise decreases my stress hormones!
i LOve that my abdominals are getting ripped.
i LOve knowing that my health is improving and i'm getting my diabetes under control.
i LOve that i am having regular bowel movements!
i LOve that when i eat consciously and entertain myself with a "cheat meal" once or twice a week, i don't ever have to die-t in my life!
i LOve the results of my cholesterol test!
LOve motivates. LOve creates life.
DISGUST saturates the spirit with defeatism.
trueLOve-stuff energy - for your BODy / inside!! and outside- permeates other dimensions of life.
